Our Process
Our expertise, experience, and contacts in the industry ensure that the flowers for your event are the finest and freshest available as we shop from top-notch growers, locally and wholesale markets located around the world. Our process is about listening to what you want and collaborating with you to make your vision a reality. Our goal is to create a look that is uniquely you and will also work within your budget to make it happen.
Event florals
We do flowers for weddings, special events, and corporate events. We stay busy year round working with different clientele to create their ideal arrangements.

We are committed to quality, but that doesn’t mean we will ignore your budget. We will always work within your budget while providing the best quality available.
Service
As your event floral designer, we will be there to set up, make sure all of the “little details” are in place, and return to breakdown after the reception, as needed.
Free Consultation
Consultations are free. We want to get to know “you” and get an idea of what you envision for your wedding. We want to understand the tone you want to set, what your personal style and tastes are, what your favorite flowers are and what your colors and theme (if you have one) will be. At your initial consultation, bring pictures, fabric swatches, you can even show us what you have “pinned” on your Pinterest inspiration boards.
Next Steps
After your consultation, we will create a custom proposal for your review. Upon approval, we require a 30% retainer fee and signed agreement. This will secure your event date and allow for us to begin working on your event. We will continue to work with you to refine the details for your event and will be available to meet as needed or just send us updates via email to keep us apprised of any changes.
inally, approximately 4-6 weeks before your event, we will work with you to finalize your order — you will have the final say on the design and details for your event. Final payment is required fourteen days prior to your event date.
